Emily Bett Rickards, born on the 24th of July, 1991 in Canada is an Canadian actor best recognized for her role as Felicity Smoak on The CW TV series Arrow. Rickards born and raised on the coast of British Columbia, is Canadian. Beginning on her career path as a child, she introduced herself to dancing and musical theatre with the hope of later introducing herself to more serious acting. Her high school graduation was earlier and enrolled in the Vancouver Film School, completing the Acting Essentials Program. Once she was done with the program, she went to an open audition and was accepted. Alida Vocal Studio, Vancouver was where she learned. It was initially a one-episode special guest but, due to positive responses from viewers and her sarcastic humor, was soon selected for a return season as a regular.
