Dolly-Parton
Dolly Parton escaped the struggles of her life early on through her imaginative and creative imagination. Songs were written by her before she knew how to write and read. At the age of eight, she bought her first electric guitar and began singing on a Knoxville Tenn Radio Station. In the same year, she released her debut album on Gold Band Records an independent small label. Although she became an established local celebrity while at High School, she knew her dreams were much bigger. When she graduated from high school in 1964 she moved straight to Nashville. Dumb Blonde (1967) and Something Fishy (1968) were her two first charting albums on Monument Records. At about this time Porter Wagoner was looking for a new girl singer for his syndicated television show. Parton was a part of the Grand Ole Opry 1969 after having signed in 1969 with RCA Records. In 1974, she resigned from The Wagoner's Show due to the popularity of her solo songs like Joshua Coats from Many Colors or Jolene was outstripping their joint releases. Parton was a part of the group that split after the end of their relationship with Wagoner was the one to write"I Will Never Love You and made it to the top spot at No. First time, in 1974.
