Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood is an American actress, comedian and television host popular for her performance in The Talk's daytime co-host role. Sheryl Underwood was born and raised in Arkansas and raised In Little Rock, Atwater and Atwater. Sheryl was raised in the midst of a challenging family. She spent most her childhood watching over her sick sister Frankie. While growing up, Sheryl was plagued by problems with her mom. Sheryl recalls that her mother had a time when she stabbed her father for getting too close. When she graduated from college Sheryl was a soldier in the military. Her passion was comedy. She was the first woman to be a finalist in the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. The year 1992 saw her make her TV debut as a regular on the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. In 2000 she hosted the show Oh Drama! In 2011, she began making appearances for The Talk as co-host. In addition, she has played the role of a fictional character in series like Bulworth, Nikki or Beauty Shop.
